Technical Marketing Manager (Remote)

Role Overview: As the Technical Marketing Manager at Index Engines, you play a pivotal role in shaping the technical messaging and positioning of our solutions, working closely with our core product marketing, sales, product management, and partner ecosystem. Your primary objective is to lead the development and execution of technical marketing initiatives that effectively communicate the value of our products and services to a diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Devise and implement a technical marketing strategy aligned with company goals and pricing strategies.
• Competitive Positioning: Communicate the unique value proposition of Index Engines solutions, products, and services, highlighting differentiation and competitive analysis.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis with industry analysts for product development, marketing strategies, and pricing optimization aligned to our Total Addressable Market.
• Enablement: Work closely with enablement teams to develop and deliver comprehensive training materials, and demos. Ensure that the sales force and customer-facing teams are well-equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively communicate the value propositions and technical benefits.
• Drive Product Adoption: Develop targeted technical content to support marketing campaigns and educational content that highlight the unique features and benefits of the product and ensure customers quickly understand and utilize the product’s capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with all teams for messaging alignment, go-to-market strategies, pricing, and targeting segments and personas to drive revenue.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years proven track record of success in technical marketing leadership roles within the software, storage, and security industries
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development methodologies and enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive business results.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in motivating high-performing teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing performance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in a high-growth organization while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid environment
