Job Description:

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with deep expertise in fintech and payments.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Spring Boot, Cassandra, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies.
• You will lead product development efforts, define the product vision, and ensure that our solutions align with customer needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product roadmap, vision, and strategy for payment solutions and Wallet APIs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement scalable solutions using Spring Boot, Cassandra, and microservices architecture.
• Lead architecture discussions, producing high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) design documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
• Leverage analytics platforms like Snowflake to derive insights and inform product decisions.
• Stay informed about fintech concepts and key design principles to driveinnovation in our payment solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, including SOX and PCI, in product design and implementation.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
• Strong technical expertise in Spring Boot, Cassandra, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture and queuing systems.
• Familiarity with data analytics platforms like Snowflake.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards, particularly SOX and PCI.
• Proven experience designing recurring payment solutions and Wallet API solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 – $52.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
