Overview

In order to expand the capabilities of our product portfolio, we are looking for a talented Technical Product Owner to work on Automated Refund solutions.

You will act as the bridge between business and technical teams, collaborating with other Business Units, Commercial, Engineering, Product and Technology teams to understand their needs and propose innovative solutions to fulfill them.

This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for creating smart and customer-centric products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire product development life cycle
• Own, prioritise and maintain the Product Backlog
• Collect customer needs, assess market feedback and drive further Product Innovattion
• Define and communicate User Stories to the development team
• Agree and maintain the Product Strategy and Roadmap

Qualificatioms

Education

• University degree in the fields Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience

Experience

• Min. 2-3 years’ work experience as a Product Owner for backend services

Skills

• Solid understanding of Agile (SCRUM) development process
• Strong Communication, Stakeholder Management and Presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Fluent in English
