Looking for a Technical Program Manager with 15+ years overall. Should have a background in development .Net as development in the past early of the career and later became Team Lead and Program manager. Candidates need not have to sit and code.

Work in custom build forms/kits (SDK) to extend/enhance encompass tool, basic knowledge of encompass, integration, talking to third party systems, plug ins, connection, move away from SDK to cloud APIs. Should understand diff between soap and restful API/architect. Clear road blocks, need to identify what exactly the road blocks, bridge between technical team and client. This complex program would go across the organization and there would be cross dependencies, should be able to project dependencies, excellent communication, should be able to articulate own thoughts, there will be different road blocks and should be able to drive the call and try to solve the problem. Good communicator, problem solver, capturing all the action items, chase the action items with different departments, should figure out risks and should bring proper risk mitigation. Create project plans, hold people accountable if they don t meet the deadlines. Need a high-profile candidate. Project will start in LOS project and cut across in different verticals. Job Description

We are seeking an organized and driven Technical Program Manager to oversee the successful execution of SDK to API migration project for Rate

Technical Program Manager responsibilities include understanding program requirements, devising detailed tech-oriented plans, tracking the programs progress, and managing the stakeholders involved.

Our ideal candidates are familiar with project management methodologies, deep understanding of mortgage and financial platforms, particularly with the Encompass Loan Origination System, alongside high level expertise in C# programming, and are well-versed in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Ultimately, the role of the Technical Program Manager is to ensure high-quality tech programs are delivered on time and produce the desired results.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the program requirements and objectives.
  • Creating detailed plans for the execution and control of these tech-based programs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within defined scope, quality, time, and cost requirements
  • Develop and manage program schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on program status regularly to ensure project deliverables are on time and within budget
  • Resolve technical and operational problems within the given project scope
  • Interface with engineering managers and engineers to estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources
  • Communicate regularly with senior management regarding the status of specific projects
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results
  • Managing budget and resources for programs.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues or risks that could affect the successful delivery of the project
  • Ensure adherence to established standards and methodologies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
  • Experience with software development methodologies and the SDLC.
  • Excellent knowledge of performance metrics and budgeting.
  • Proficiency with project management software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
