Technical Program Manager (Remote)

About the Role:

The Technical Program Manager will own the planning, coordination, and execution of WerQ AI’s multifaceted projects. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, AI/data, design, and external partners to keep everyone aligned, on schedule, and moving toward shared goals. As the central point of contact for project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, you’ll ensure our ambitious roadmap becomes a reality—on time and with high quality.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Program Planning & Execution: Drive end-to-end project lifecycle, including scope definition, timeline creation, risk management, and execution oversight
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate communication between product, AI, data, design, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
• Agile Oversight: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring blockers are removed and teams stay on track
• Stakeholder Management: Regularly update leadership and key stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigations
• Resource Allocation: Work with team leads to determine resource needs and optimize team capacity across concurrent projects
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies, propose solutions, and drive improvements for better speed, agility, and quality

What You Can Do (Experience & Expertise):

• Technical Program/Project Management: 3+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a tech or SaaS environment
• Agile Methodologies: Demonstrated success leading sprints, scrum ceremonies, and release cycles
• Technical Fluency: Comfortable discussing APIs, cloud infrastructure, AI workflows, and data pipelines with engineering teams
• Risk Management: Skilled at identifying, tracking, and resolving project risks before they become roadblocks
• Strong Communication Skills: Adept at delivering concise project updates and effectively managing stakeholder expectations

Tool Proficiency:

• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management platforms

Salary

• $140,000 – $160,000
