Key Responsibilities

• Program Planning and Execution:

• Track Progress: Employ agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to oversee the progress of projects, pinpoint bottlenecks, and adjust strategies as necessary.

• Facilitate Problem-Solving: Conduct team discussions to tackle technical challenges and cultivate innovative solutions, achieving team consensus.
• Ensure Quality: Monitor the quality of technical outputs, ensuring they adhere to company standards and objectives.

• Serve as Liaison: Function as the main contact point between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency in communications.

Required Skills

• Extensive understanding of software development, system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and technical design.

• Capability to interpret technical data and project metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Technical Program Manager or Project Manager position, with a demonstrated history of overseeing complex, cross-functional technical projects.
• Preferred experience in engineering, software development, or IT environments.
