Job Overview

Hello Sugar seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong automation, AI, and digital integration background. You’ll take charge of overseeing and enhancing our automation, website functionality, and SEO strategies, leveraging tools like Zapier, Squarespace, ChatGPT, Ultimate.AI, and Zendesk. If you’re passionate about using technology to drive innovation, this role is a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Automation Initiatives: Design, implement, and optimize automation across various business processes using tools like Zapier, Make.com, and other no-code platforms.

• AI & Digital Integration: Drive AI initiatives by utilizing tools such as ChatGPT, Ultimate.AI, and Zendesk, to enhance customer experience and streamline internal operations.

• Website & SEO Management: Oversee and maintain our Squarespace website, ensuring it’s optimized for SEO and aligned with the latest best practices.

• API & Platform Integrations: Manage API integrations and workflows across platforms to create a seamless, automated experience for both internal teams and customers.

• Data-Driven Solutions: Utilize analytics tools to provide insights and refine strategies, optimizing workflows and enhancing efficiency.

• Technical Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to address technological and marketing needs, supporting the company’s digital growth and franchise-wide automation goals.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years in a technical project management role with a focus on automation and AI.

• Automation & AI Tools: Strong proficiency with Zapier or Make.com. Advanced use cases of ChatGPT. Experience with no-code platforms and process automation. And openness to learn Ultimate.AI and Zendesk. •

Website Management: Experience managing and optimizing websites on platforms like Squarespace and WordPress, with a strong understanding of SEO best practices.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with API integrations and automation tools, plus experience with languages like GraphQL, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.

• Language Skills: High proficiency in Englis.

• Independent & Self-Motivated: A proactive, solutions-focused individual who can manage projects and innovate with minimal oversight.

Preferred Skills

• AI-Driven Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with experience in using AI tools to enhance efficiency.

• Web & SEO Analytics: Knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

• Development Background: Knowledge of software development or experience with no-code/low-code solutions.
