What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects according to agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress against key milestones and KPIs
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• 10+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager, leading complex projects in a technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience managing projects related to cloud migration, platform modernization, or partner management
• Experience working with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and regulations
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or SmartSheet
