We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Technical Project Manager to join a cross-functional team in a fully remote or hybrid role within the EU timezone (CET +/- 2 hours). In this position, you will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects that align with business strategies. Collaborating closely with product management, R&D teams, and other stakeholders, you will ensure that solutions meet both business and technical objectives. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Accountabilities:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects from inception to completion.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product management, and sales, to align project goals with business strategies.
- Lead Scrum and Agile project management processes, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration between teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company commitments and objectives.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a software development environment.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a Project Manager role, preferably within an agile framework.
- Strong expertise in Scrum and Agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and creatively, while fostering a collaborative team environment.
