The opportunity
Oxyle’s Product team takes the driver’s seat for the technical implementation of our innovative technology in our customers’ water treatment processes. Together with our customers, we develop tailored process solutions, validate these concepts through tests and trials, engineer and deliver the necessary installations, and support their operation.
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key facilitator to align internal (sales, R&D, operations, and product teams) and external (customers, manufacturing partners, authorities, etc.) stakeholders to ensure the technical success of our customer acquisition projects.
Your key responsibilities
- Independently manage customer projects, particularly customer trials, ensuring successful execution from the initiation to completion.
- Collect ideas and visions and translate them into a tangible project structure. Prepare the necessary project documentation including plans, timelines, reports, etc.
- Manage and lead budget and staff allocation while respecting project time frames needed for successful execution.
- Facilitate effective communication between the project stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Take initiative and actively contribute to projects where you see the most value.
- Shape and advance our internal project management methodology and tools, continuously improving processes and practices.
Requirements
What you need to bring to the role
- Technical background (BSc/MSc) in engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field, ideally with experience in water treatment.
- 3+ years of experience in project management of complex technical projects. Knowledge of project management methodologies, and the skill to apply methodology adequate to the project.
- High awareness of quality and safety to ensure smooth execution of projects on customer sites.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time-management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-paced environment.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English. Additional languages (German, French, Dutch) are advantageous.
- Have a Swiss working permit or be eligible to work in Switzerland.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally (up to 20%, predominantly in Europe).
