The Role
This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, turning project goals into concrete success, and managing the project team from initial idea through to completion.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with project objectives.
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements.
- Facilitate communication between team members, vendors, and external partners.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Address project-related challenges promptly and proactively.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and any deviations.
- Conduct status meetings, presentations, and written reports.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Address conflicts within the team or with external partners.
- Foster a collaborative environment and find solutions that benefit the project.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and decisions.
- Prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Communicate quality expectations to the team.
What You’ll Bring to Numerator
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Scrum/Agile experience a huge plus
- Problem-solving aptitude
