Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead web development and UX/UI projects for 3 Owl Agency. The ideal candidate is an expert in Agile methodologies, project lifecycle management, and cross-functional team coordination. With over 8 years of project management experience, you should have exceptional organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit brand industry is highly preferred. What You’ll Do:

• Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee web and app development projects from kick-off to delivery, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
• Agile Facilitation: Develop and manage sprints, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the main point of contact for UX/UI, product, and development teams, ensuring alignment across deliverables.
• Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage tools like Google Analytics and data visualization platforms to optimize project outcomes.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to refine workflows, documenting and implementing best practices.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing web development and UX/UI projects.

Skills:

• Expertise with project management tools like Jira, Asana, and collaboration platforms like Slack and Google Workspace.
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, e-commerce systems like Shopify, and DevOps processes.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions using tools like Google Analytics and data visualization platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of mediating and aligning diverse teams.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry or managing projects for multi-unit brands.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in enterprise-level projects
