Technical Project Manager (Remote)

We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within our marketing and advertising operations. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between our creative, technical, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery. You should be comfortable overseeing digital marketing initiatives, web projects (e.g., WordPress/Elementor), CRM implementations, and a variety of other related software. Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client and internal objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines using ClickUp (or other PM tools).
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.

• Technical Oversight
• Manage CRM integrations and marketing automation setups.
• Oversee web development tasks (e.g., WordPress/Elementor), ensuring best practices are followed.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, data tracking, and streamlining workflows.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Liaise between creative, marketing, and technical teams to remove roadblocks and ensure clear communication.
• Work closely with the Director of Operations and Operations Coordinator on SOPs, reporting, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate technical requirements into actionable deliverables.

• Quality Assurance & Risk Management
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure deliverables meet established standards and client expectations.
• Provide regular status updates and post-project analyses to leadership and clients.

• Continuous Improvement
• Gather feedback and insights to optimize future project workflows.
• Recommend new tools and approaches for better project visibility, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintain and update project documentation, templates, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience
• 3+ years’ experience in project management, preferably in a marketing/advertising or tech environment.

• Technical Skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, etc).
• Hands-on experience with WordPress/Elementor.
• Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Slack, etc.).

• Project Management Methodologies
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks.
• Ability to adapt project management approaches to fit the team’s and client’s needs.

• Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
