Technical Project Manager With Big Data Hr (Remote)

Position: Bigdata Technical Project Manager- Product Development Life Cycle

Location: 100% Remote. This is for a W2 Contract position

• As a Project Manager within the Technology Experience organization, you will work horizontally across different verticals of the business (product, support, etc.) and provide strong organizing and accountability management to many of the organization’s essential efforts.
• These efforts include but are not limited to:
• Support intake evolution
• Identity and access optimization
• You will be required to be:
• A great communicator, storyteller, and advocate
• Someone who can consult with a wide breadth of groups across many regions
• Responsibilities include:
• Partnering closely with different teams and leaders to understand the scope of the project and working team
• Providing in-depth analysis around scope and timelines
• Helping create a structure for strategic execution
• Assisting the informed captain in prioritizing based on impact
• Drafting memos
• Ensuring on-time delivery of tactics for any project
• You will:
• Coordinate the roadmap
• Communicate strategies and resources
• Help track core KPIs to measure organizational success

Responsibilities:

• Leading and completing project management deliverables, including:
• Detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensuring seamless project implementation and adoption of new systems/processes
• Providing concise updates regarding:
• Overall status, issues, risks, and recommended actions
• Acting as a liaison between business and technology groups to meet business project needs.
• Identifying and managing major project milestones by actively addressing issues to:
• Ensure timelines and functionality expectations are met.
• Partnering closely with:
• Project team members and cross-functional business partners
• Developing change management, communication, transition, and testing plans
• Ensuring seamless execution and business readiness

Education & Experience:

• BS/BA and/or relevant experience
