We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Owner/Manager to lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless coordination across multidisciplinary global teams. This position will be fully remote.

At L4B Software you will:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including software development, security, QA, and process management.
• Lead project planning, timeline creation, budgeting, and resource allocation for complex software projects.
• Ensure all projects meet regulatory compliance, particularly for medical device regulations and industry standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, regularly updating them on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution, leveraging best practices and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Process Managers to ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of proven experience in managing technical projects, ideally in the Embedded Software, Operating System, or similar industries.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing timelines, budgets, and project resources in complex technical environments.
• Familiarity with medical device regulations and standards is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with stakeholders at all levels.
• Preferred candidates who are currently based in Pune or willing to relocate.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Embedded Linux, Android, or RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems).
• Awareness of cybersecurity best practices in software development.

Good to Have:

• Experience working in the Medical Software SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) environment.
• Familiarity with software configuration management tools like Git, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and JIRA.
