We’re now looking for an associate-middle level Technical Service Engineer, this position is a full-time, home office, with 20% travel frequency position.
Your challenges:
(1) Responsible for handling inbound calls from EcoFlow end consumers of expandable home battery solution products;
(2) Responsible for handling customer support and technical-support related questions of customers and partners;
(3) Responsible for the service satisfaction rate of EcoFlow hotline technical service;
(4) Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communications by adjusting to the pace and technical level of the customer;
(5) Responsible for ensuring contact resolution in a timely manner, while maintaining the highest level of quality in every customer interaction;
(6) Help customers with information about the products and services, using relevant call handling protocols outlined in the EcoFlow internal service procedures;
(7) Assist customers or escalate service-related issues to the appropriate department in accordance to the client’s processes and procedures;
(8) Ensure compliance to customer Data Privacy and Security Policy;
(9) Communicate positively with EcoFlow team members, customers, and other clients and partners.
Your profile includes:
(1) Min 3 years and above working experience as technical service engineers, previous working experience in solar panels, power storage, batteries electrical tools companies is preferred;
(2) Possess excellent communication skills in both German and English, able to maintain effective communication with both EcoFlow teams and clients’ side;
(3) Electrical engineering degree is preferred;
(4) Proficient in using tools such as MS Word, Excel, Visio and etc;
(5) Self-driven, prudent, patient, able to work on-site independently;
(6) Work well under only general supervision;
(7) Fluency in additional European languages considered a plus.
