Technical Writer (Remote)

Our passion lies in deep tech research, and we’re currently focused on developing MOI – a groundbreaking Layer-1 Blockchain Protocol that will enable the fabric of the Stateful Internet. We’re also creating Cocolang, a new programming language designed specifically for MOI, and Voyage, an innovative gateway for developers to engage with the MOI Protocol.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Technical Writer to join our growing team. As a Technical Writer at Sarva Labs, you will play a crucial role in creating clear, concise, and engaging documentation for our innovative blockchain technologies. Your work will be instrumental in helping developers understand and effectively use our platforms, particularly MOI, Cocolang, and Voyage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including API references, user guides, and tutorials
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and developer relations teams to gather and clarify technical information
• Create and update documentation for new features, products, and APIs
• Ensure consistency and clarity across all technical content
• Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools
• Gather and incorporate feedback from users and internal teams to continuously improve documentation quality
• Assist in creating technical content for blog posts, whitepapers, and other marketing materials when needed

Requirements

• Prior technical writing experience, specifically in developer or software documentation
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 concepts, and decentralized applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging manner
• Proficiency with documentation tools including Markdown, Git, and platforms like Docusaurus and Notion
• Experience using version control systems and basic command-line tools
• Ability to work with diverse teams including engineers, product managers, and developer relations to gather and clarify technical details

Preferred Superpowers

• Experience writing documentation for blockchain or Web3 projects
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Go, Rust, JavaScript)
• Understanding of API documentation best practices
• Experience with technical editing and proofreading
• Knowledge of SEO principles for technical content
