About Your Role
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will maintain an active, effective and efficient communication channel with stakeholders, both internally and externally, in order to provide a clearly-defined overview of the roadmap of various projects. When it comes to our software releases, you will own the product approval process with your dedicated telecom partner accounts and you will work closely with them to achieve technical approval for our products to ensure commercial success across our product portfolio.
Your Responsibilities
As part of the Product Management team you will build & own the (Technical) relationship with dedicated partner accounts with focus on DACH region. For these partners you will:
- Manage and maintain their technical requirements and facilitate their integration in our products working together with other Technical Account Managers, our Software Delivery Manager, (Technical) Product Managers and Testing Managers.
- You will manage the technical onboarding and approval process for our products with these partners; this includes product launches and software updates, as well as in-life project control and maintenance.
- Support the Engineering team, with a particular focus on partners’ requirements and issue resolution management. You will support the issue investigation and debugging process with log collection and hands-on testing.
Your Profile
- You have experience in a similar role, managing the implementation of technical requirements from Telecom operators. Ideally, you have worked before in the telecom or smartphone industry.
- You have a degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related field OR You have a proven track record in the field.
- You are personable, self-motivated, independent, and have a positive attitude and excellent attention to detail.
- You are an excellent communicator in English and German and can establish strong, productive working relationships with people (even while working remotely). Other languages are a plus.
- Team player who values diversity and multicultural collaboration
- Eligibility to work within the EU.
