Technology Content Analyst Capital Markets | JLL | UK

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technology Content Analyst – Capital Markets. This role sits within the JLL Capital Markets technology group, which is responsible for the platforms and products used by our brokers, valuers, and their teams.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the business through the creation and management of impactful technology training materials and other content, and will work closely with our Tech Advisory, Innovation, Marketing/Comms and Product functions. Your contributions will help drive success, adoption and user satisfaction for Capital Markets technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Tech Advisory, Innovation and Product teams to develop high-quality and engaging training materials, user guides and videos for the Capital Markets technology stack.
  • Engage with Marketing/Comms, Tech Advisory and Innovation teams to draft communication content and messaging.
  • Create and update knowledge base materials and ensure information accuracy.
  • Organise and maintain the content repository to ensure easy accessibility for users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create decks and other materials on high profile tech initiatives.
  • Analyse content usage patterns and behaviour to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Respond quickly to time-sensitive requests for creation of new content or adaptation of existing content.
  • Develop an understanding of the Capital Markets tech stack and stay up to date on new product features and releases.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant technology experience, preferably in commercial real estate and/or financial markets.
  • Proven experience working in a content management or related role in the technology industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, analyze, and synthesize complex information.
  • Exceptional written and presentation skills, preferably applied to creating content for training and communication
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint (or other content platform) administration and management preferred.
  • Ability to work at pace and prioritize across multiple tasks, while still delivering to a high standard.
  • Initiative-taking and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
