As a Learning Manager, you will be responsible for delivery of training for the Assortment & Space suite of products.You will work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization, including Product Management, Professional Services Organization (PSO) and Clients. This role is expected tobea subject matter expert (SME)forthe SAI Category Planning Platform. Develop and maintain a consistent training curriculum and modular collateral which can be easily adapted by all SR constituents. Delivery methods will include instructor-led training, web-based virtual classrooms, eLearning and WalkMe digital adoption methods. Partner with the internal TLC team members for WalkMe content authoring & LMS administration. This rolemayrequireoccasional travel for client training, but is primarily remote-based. 3+ years training curriculum and content development & authoring with experience in: ~ Conducting research on SymphonyAI’s tools and collaborating with subject matter experts such as developers, product managers and implementation specialists. ~ Creating instructional material: courses, curriculum, student guides or training manuals. ~ Designing & redesigning content to optimize learning. ~ Creating visual, audio and interactive learning tools such as short form videos, eLearning modules, quick reference guides, and PowerPoint presentations. Experience with training and applying business processes Home office environment conducive of hosting virtual training webinars and recording audio content If you have experience with any of these things, that’s an added bonus!
