As a Telesales Executive at Sishaa, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth through outbound and inbound sales calls. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new leads, engage potential customers, and promote our astrology products, consultations, and courses. You will work with a target-driven approach and earn commissions based on sales performance. This role is commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing Sishaa’s astrology products, consultations, and courses.
- Respond to inbound calls and inquiries, providing detailed information and addressing customer needs.
- Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions to promote relevant products and services.
- Maintain an up-to-date and organized record of all customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest astrology offerings and market trends to effectively pitch and sell products.
- Work closely with the management team to improve sales strategies and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and convey information effectively.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve targets.
- Basic understanding or interest in astrology is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment with a strong drive to earn.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
