Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and efficient Telecallers to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for both outgoing and incoming calls, focusing on verifying customer orders and providing customer support. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the authenticity of orders, confirming customer details, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the accuracy of order processing.
This role does not involve sales targets or convincing customers to place orders. Instead, the focus is on ensuring that customers’ orders are accurate and secure, while also providing support for any questions or issues they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact customers via phone after they place an order
2. Verify customer details, including address and order information
3. Confirm the validity of the orders to prevent any fraudulent orders and transactions
4. Upload each call recording to the system for record-keeping
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and confirmations
6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns customers may have during the order verification process
7. Provide solutions to customer queries through WhatsApp chats and emails.
8. NDR (Non-Delivery Report) management to track and address delivery issues.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in English and Hindi with strong communication skills.
2. A laptop/desktop with a working microphone and stable internet (preferably broadband).
3. Basic computer skills for data entry and uploading call logs.
4. Ability to work independently from home.
