Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Telecallers or Telemarketing Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound inquiries, and effectively communicating about the benefits of our services. The Tele Sales executives will play a vital role in driving sales, enhancing customer relationships, and achieving company objectives.

*Note: Rich experience in domains such as “Website Sales,”Software Sales,” “Digital Marketing Sales,” or “App Dev Sales” is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads, promote services, and close sales.

Inbound Handling: Respond to incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.

Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through various channels, including databases, referrals, social media, LinkedIn reach out, and email marketing.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information, sales leads, and call results into the CRM system.

Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on call metrics, lead conversion rates, and feedback from customers.

Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and share insights on customer preferences.

Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor’s degree is a must.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in telemarketing, sales, or customer service in the above-mentioned (*) domain required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly tone; strong listening skills and writing skills.

Persuasiveness: Ability to persuade and influence customers while maintaining a positive attitude.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Also, need to have technical knowledge in SEO, social media marketing, PPC, websites, applications, as well as software.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
