Job Summary

As a Tele Caller / Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients over the phone to promote our financial services and investment products. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment needs, and providing appropriate recommendations. You will work closely with the sales team to meet targets and contribute to the overall growth of Sage Capital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Outreach:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients, providing information about Sage Capital’s investment products and services.
  • Engage with leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, and online inquiries to convert them into potential clients.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify new business opportunities by generating qualified leads and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings with senior sales advisors.
  • Sales Pitch & Presentations:
  • Deliver clear and persuasive pitches about our investment offerings, including mutual funds, insurance plans, and wealth management services.
  • Tailor your communication based on the client’s investment profile and financial goals.
  • Follow-up & Relationship Building:
  • Follow up with potential clients to answer their queries, resolve doubts, and provide additional information as required.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in the financial market, and Sage Capital’s new products, and convey this information to clients.
  • Meeting Targets:
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for client calls, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on progress and areas for improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in any field. A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Tele Calling, Tele Sales, or Customer Service.
  • Experience in the financial services industry (e.g., banking, mutual funds, insurance) is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi. Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: A persuasive communicator with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple client interactions efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and telecommunication software.
