Position: Territory Manager – Spinal Cord Stimulation Therapy (Remote, Panhandle TX)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the commercial execution and clinical performance of our advanced Evoke therapy within your designated territory.
  • Manage your sales territory, executing comprehensive market development strategies.
  • Lead clinician training initiatives and implement effective sales tactics.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects, ensuring the optimal utilization of Evoke systems to achieve revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders and clients.
  • Drive growth initiatives and execute strategic go-to-market plans, ensuring core messaging is effectively communicated.
  • Collect competitive intelligence and conduct market research to provide actionable insights that influence marketing strategies and product development.

Required Skills

  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Quick learner with a solid grasp of technical concepts, capable of articulating the value of Evoke effectively to clients.
  • Highly organized, adept at managing multiple responsibilities with accuracy to meet sales objectives.
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting dynamics and opportunities in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience, including at least 3 years in medical device sales.
  • Demonstrated history of sales success.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in programmable implantable device sales.
  • At least 3 years of experience working within operating rooms and engaging with patients.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays.
