Territory Sales Manager Gujarat | Dexter Ventures Pvt. Ltd | India
Dexter Ventures is seeking an experienced and motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and market development for our Musical instruments, professional audio products line in West India. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of field sales experience in sectors like electronics, telecom, Camera or consumer durables, FMCG channel sales with a strong focus on building and managing dealer networks, channel development, and market outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Product Placement:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Ensure optimal product placement and visibility at dealer and retailer outlets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide support for dealers to facilitate sales.
- Dealer Development and Channel Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing dealers and identify new potential dealers in the professional audio market.
- Train and support dealers on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
- Work closely with the sales team and channel partners to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
- Market Development:
- Conduct regular visits to music studios, sound rental companies, and system integrators to generate new leads and drive market penetration.
- Gather market intelligence on customer needs, competition, and pricing to enhance strategic decision-making.
- Organize and participate in marketing and sales events, exhibitions, and trade shows relevant to the professional audio industry.
- Customer and Dealer Support:
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty.
- Act as a liaison between customers, dealers, and internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the West India territory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
