We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to join our team and spearhead growth initiatives in the Mid-Atlantic region. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and surpass sales objectives in your designated territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing distributors and end-users.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business planning and strategy adjustments.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions to enhance productivity and safety.
Required Skills
- A proven track record in sales, particularly within industrial products.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in negotiating complex issues to convert challenges into opportunities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications and CRM systems.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in a virtual selling environment.
- Experience with safety product sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
