Job Overview

We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Territory Sales Manager to become an integral part of our team. In this pivotal role, you will engage with current dealerships while simultaneously pursuing new business opportunities within your designated territory. Your expertise in customer service and sales will be crucial in cultivating and sustaining relationships that foster growth and success.

This position is remote, based in Orlando, FL, and will necessitate frequent travel to effectively connect with dealers and conduct business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing dealerships to drive profitable growth.
  • Provide training to dealers aimed at enhancing contract production and improving market penetration.
  • Identify and connect with potential dealers to generate additional business opportunities.
  • Remain informed about our products, services, operating systems, and competitor offerings, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with dealers to devise and implement marketing strategies focused on attracting and retaining customers.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass year-over-year objectives for growth and profitability.
  • Oversee administrative duties, including timely reporting and expense tracking.
  • Travel frequently, including overnight stays, to effectively serve and support the assigned territory and beyond.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated capacity to network and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the powersports industry and its culture.
  • Expertise in F&I practices, including menu selling and objection handling.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Finance and Insurance (F&I) office of a powersports or automotive dealership.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or sales management within the powersports or automotive sector.
