This position is remote, based in Orlando, FL, and will necessitate frequent travel to effectively connect with dealers and conduct business.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing dealerships to drive profitable growth.
- Provide training to dealers aimed at enhancing contract production and improving market penetration.
- Identify and connect with potential dealers to generate additional business opportunities.
- Remain informed about our products, services, operating systems, and competitor offerings, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with dealers to devise and implement marketing strategies focused on attracting and retaining customers.
- Consistently achieve and surpass year-over-year objectives for growth and profitability.
- Oversee administrative duties, including timely reporting and expense tracking.
- Travel frequently, including overnight stays, to effectively serve and support the assigned territory and beyond.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated capacity to network and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comprehensive understanding of the powersports industry and its culture.
- Expertise in F&I practices, including menu selling and objection handling.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Finance and Insurance (F&I) office of a powersports or automotive dealership.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or sales management within the powersports or automotive sector.
