We are seeking a Professional Territory Sales Manager to join our client’s team and drive sales revenue, establishing them as a key player in the luxury segment.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the organisation, utilising your exceptional organisational and sales skills to build up a key network of retailers across different luxury segments such as Watch/Jewelery, Home and Department stores.
Detailed knowledge of the French Luxury watch and jewelery market in combination with an entrepreneurial spirit will prove fundamental to success.
Responsibilities
- Visit key retailers across premium retailers utilising strong negotiation skills to obtain presence and visibility for our client across the watch/jewelery and premium Home space.
- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies with the support of the Head office team.
- Analyse sales data and drive sell out within all POS ensuring that all retail partners are replenishing stock to the agreed client requirements.
- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions on a regular basis.
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research and extensive market visits and propositioning.
- Present products and services to prospective customers especially following regular product launches.
- Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships on a regular basis in Europe.
- Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes on your travels within the network.
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
- Monitor competition within the assigned region and look for opportunities to ensure the client has premium visibility within the sector.
- Prepare and submit reports to the European Sales Director on a regular basis.
Requirements and skills
- Experienced Territory Manager in luxury goods (watches, jewelery, accessories, small leather goods).
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue through strategic analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
- Experience managing a high volume of customer accounts
- Skilled in developing sales strategies and using performance KPIs.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English preferred.
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
- Dynamic problem-solver, adept at handling objections.
- BSc/BA in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
- Role requires extensive travel and is 100% field-based.
Salary range up to €80,000 + strong commission structure.
