Role: The Test Automation Specialist reports to the Manager, Quality Assurance and works closely with a diverse team consisting of a Project Manager, Business Analysts, a Team Leader, Developers and Functional Developers.

Your Day With Equisoft

• Identifying and creating the automation test cases
• Applying various designs and documenting the automation test strategy
• Creating an automation test plan and getting approval by walking through with the functional QA followed by clients SME
• Configuring Selenium Test Environment (STE) to set it up
• Automating the design of a framework and implementing it as per the structure of the project
• Creating, enhancing, debugging, and running the test cases
• Managing the changes and executing regression/automation tests
• Coming up with solutions for problems related to automation blockers
• Interacting with customers/clients to solve the various issues
• Suggest improvements to automation processes, documentation and scripting standards enabling the evolution of test practice

Requirements:  

Technical 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology or College Diploma with at least 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in automation testing using Selenium Webdriver and Selenium Grid
• Hands-on experience in Automation (Selenium or/and TOSCA)
• Scripting Experience in C# & JAVA
• Good Analytical skills for Test planning, Triages and issue analysis.
• Sound knowledge in various manual testing (SIT, ST, Unit testing, API testing, Regression, sanity, smoke, E2E).
• Experience with SoapUI and JIRA
• Experience in Performance testing with working knowledge of nUnit, Neoload and JMeter is an asset
