A Test Release Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of high quality software solutions. They will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies, meticulously coordinating the end to end release process, and ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards before deployment. The Test Release Manager will have a keen eye for details and strong organisational skills. Their expertise in software testing methodologies and project management ensures that the CRM solutions delivered are robust, reliable and meet the needs of the clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures.
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end release process for CRM solutions.
Ensure all releases are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
Collaborate with Technical and Consultancy teams to identify and resolve issues.
Maintain and improve automated testing frameworks and tools.
Monitor and report on testing and release metrics.
Manage release schedules and ensure timely delivery of updates.
Conduct post-release reviews and implement improvements.

Qualifications

Computer Science Degree (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of software testing methologies and best practices
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail
Effective communication and teamwork skills

Nice to have:

Experience with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365
Knowledge of Agile development methologies
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure
Understanding of performance testing

Work set-up: Homebased

Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 1PM – 10PM
