What You’ll Do:

• Create emotionally engaging TikTok content that showcases Rizz Mentor AI and other Bringo Tech products, connecting with our target audience.
• Study and embody the Bringo Tech brand guidelines to ensure all content aligns with our voice, tone, and aesthetic.
• Highlight Rizz Mentor AI in authentic, real-life scenarios through emotion-driven storytelling that resonates with users.
• Collaborate with the Bringo Tech marketing team to plan and execute TikTok content aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and trending cultural moments.
• Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, and viral formats, adapting them creatively to fit Bringo Tech’s unique storytelling approach.
• Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos that balance creativity with performance optimization.
• Track and analyze TikTok metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and refine future strategies for better engagement and reach.

Who You Are:

• Brand-Focused: You excel at translating brand guidelines into authentic, engaging content that reflects the company’s mission and values.
• TikTok-Savvy: You have a deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and audience behavior, creating scroll-stopping videos that capture attention.
• Creative Storyteller: You craft compelling narratives that connect with viewers, drive engagement, and showcase the emotional value of our products.
• Emotion-Driven Creator: You use storytelling to evoke emotion while seamlessly integrating product features.
• Hands-On: You’re technically skilled, with proficiency in shooting, editing, and producing high-quality videos using tools like TikTok’s native editing features, CapCut, or similar software.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience creating emotionally engaging and high-performing TikTok content (TikTok portfolio with Viral Video URLs required).
• 4+ years of experience in content creations.
• Experience with video creation for mobile apps is a plus.
• Experience working with lifestyle brands or tech-driven solutions is a plus.
• Proficiency in video editing tools especially CapCut and TikTok’s native editing features.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
