Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop specialist who has experience working with affiliates on TikTok, creating relationships with them, and managing TikTok shop. We need someone who can work in a growing company and fast-paced environment with our TikTok Shop marketing team. Must be a good communicator and have a great work ethic or you probably will not be a good fit.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TikTok shop and influencer marketing and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for influencer marketing. This candidate should also have fluent English speaking skills and an appetite to perform well within a company and drive results..

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the TikTok Shop/influencer marketing team
• Outreach and create relationships with affiliates for the brands we work with in an effort to drive revenue
• Follow up with affiliates
• Maintain a kind and positive message flow with affiliates that makes them feel welcome and want to work with us
• Manage the creation of open collaboration campaigns and manage samples being sent out to affiliates
• Guide the affiliates to the point where they agree to work with our brands
• Follow up and monitor affiliate relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in managing TikTok Shop
• 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing
• Strong messaging and intrapersonal skills
• Prior experience working for an e-commerce brand or advertising agency is preferred
• Proficient in Influencity software is preferred
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
• Autonomous worker with a creative mind
• Strong portfolio of work demonstrating a good understanding of social media management and influencer marketing
