We are seeking a driven Tooling Operations Manager I to play a pivotal role in streamlining our Global Tooling Supply Chain. You will lead and oversee critical processes, identify, and eliminate inefficiencies, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. From managing data integrity to ensuring timely equipment maintenance, you’ll be instrumental in driving operational excellence across the entire tooling ecosystem.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Global Tooling Supply Chain Management: Lead and oversee various processes within the Global Tooling Supply Chain, identifying and resolving any bottlenecks or inefficiencies. This role will create a mapping methodology of the NCRS owned by tooling to the step of the process that is not working correctly.
- International Fulfillment: Own international fulfillment by connecting primary and secondary tooling centers when a support from another region is needed. Primary goals are to ensure OTH with the proper and correct documentation and ensure to get support from the right tooling center.
- Forecast for International demand: Reinforce and master the forecast and fulfillment model for AERO, Generator and LES tooling comin from NAM TCs to the rest of the regions.
- Change Management: Take ownership of executing tasks assigned to Tooling Operations within the Change Management framework. MOC tooling process
- Own KPIs and actions plans for OTH improvements
- 1st specific project : lead industrialization/ utilization of ETM shipping forms: Create forms out of the packing list information coming from the system
- 2nd specific project: Own projects and action plans related to Tooling International Logistics.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or supply chain management.
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams within an industrial setting.
- 4+ years of experience in the rotating power generation or turbomachinery equipment industry is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of combined experience in one or more of the following areas: operations, manufacturing, supply chain management, warehouse management, quality control, lean manufacturing principles, field service operations, engineering, product management, or project/program management.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.

- Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with power generation field operations and services, particularly GE power equipment (gas turbine, steam turbine, generator).
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and a focus on driving efficiency and standardization for improved outcomes.
- Customer Focus (Preferred): Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-Motivated: Proactive and results-oriented, consistently seeking opportunities for improvement.
