About the role
Job Purpose: responsible for the coordination in the management and evolution of the strategic tools used within the GDO organization of Orange Business Services.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Consolidation and specification of requirements for specific tools and tool evolution for GDO
– Project Management of tool changes and evolutions within GDO – including consolidation and coordination of requirements, release testing, acceptance and rollout across GDO
– Business analysis within GDO for tool requirements and interfaces between tools
– Unique interface between GDO and tool business owners and development organizations (MOA/MOE)
– Communication of tool road map within GDO
– Close interaction with GDO Process Owners and Governance to ensure tools strategy aligned completely with business needs
– Guarantor for training materials, training, support process documentation and best practice of specific tool usage within GDO
– Guarantor for appropriate KPIs related to tool usage and extracts and expertise to support data integrity activities
– Advocacy for tool usage and evolution

Requirements:
– B.Sc. Computer, Telecommunication or Electronics engineering/IT degree or equivalent
– Project management experience. Formal qualification an advantage
– Technical background in server, application, security or infrastructure solutions or in operational processes and support
– Strong analytical skills
– ITIL aware
– Formal qualification an advantage.
– Proven excellent attention to detail and drive to deliver quality solutions to deadlines
– Fluent in English. Written and spoken
– French is a must.
– Strong team spirit
– Strong initiative and self motivation
– Stable to work independently
– Excellent communication skills
