Fluidra Australia is looking for a Trade Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimise trade marketing strategies, driving brand visibility and sales across PRO and MASS channels.

What you will be doing:
- Trade Marketing Execution: Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to implement channel-specific strategies, manage in-store promotions, and ensure timely delivery of materials (POS, signage, etc.).
- Budget & Brand Management: Oversee trade marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and ensure communications align with brand guidelines.
- Trade Communications: Develop and execute communication strategies to strengthen trade partner relationships and drive program engagement through platforms like Salesforce, Fluidra Pro Portal, and social media.
- Content Creation & Management: Lead the development of high-quality content (brochures, catalogues, etc.), enhance the B2B Portal, and manage digital assets with the Digital Marketing team.
- Loyalty Program Management: Manage SPASA sponsorship and execute the Trade Loyalty Program, fostering engagement and feedback from key trade partners.
- Event Management: Plan and execute trade events (ProClub, SPLASH, SPASA Pool Shows) and manage event logistics and post-event analysis.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Business.
- 3-5 years’ experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or operations.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proactive, detail-oriented leader
