Trainer For Student Finance (Remote)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Student Finance Trainer to become a vital part of our innovative, growing organization that is committed to delivering outstanding support to students. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop dynamic training materials aimed at enhancing the student finance department, with a focus on continuous improvement and responsiveness to feedback.
• Facilitate both in-person and online training sessions centered on Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and Compliance.
• Remain informed about federal, state, and institutional regulations, ensuring training content is current and relevant.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and the training team to create well-structured and effective course content, routinely updating materials and conducting evaluations.
• Act as a key resource for team members, offering support and guidance regarding Student Finance processes and documentation.
• Organize and maintain training documents and resources to ensure accessibility for all team members.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Aid or Student Finance.
• 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or management is advantageous.
