In this new role of Training and Content Manager you will create training programs that are not only useful but transformative, spark success and empower others. What You’ll Do 

Develop training programs and content that simplify and enhance our customers’ experience. 

Lead live training sessions, webinars, and workshops that inspire and engage participants to engage and utilise our software to its full extent. 

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to create content that is clear, impactful, and tailored to real-world challenges. 

Take ownership of our Learning Management System, continuously analysing and improving its effectiveness. 

What Makes You Right for This Role 

You are passionate about helping people succeed. Whether creating a quick tutorial or delivering an in-depth training session, you know how to make learning impactful. 

You bring 5+ years of experience in customer training, instructional design, or content development, ideally within the tech or software industry. 

You are organised, detail-oriented, and have the presentation skills to engage and inspire any audience. 

You adapt quickly to new software and can translate complex concepts into simple, actionable steps. 

You understand the connection between exceptional training, customer success, and business outcomes.

The Details 

This role will be Brisbane-based with travel required to client sites across Australia, and will commence as soon as possible in 2025 to support rollout initiatives.
