About the Role:
  
As a Learning and Development Manager at Pinnacle Rehab, you will use your expertise and experience to design and shape a learning strategy for employees across the business. You will advise on and develop training and development programs used to develop internal personnel. You will plan and liaise with internal and external stakeholders rolling out Learning and Development (L&D) programs.
  
Working across different divisions within the business you will be reviewing, designing, evaluation, training programs. This is a newly created role playing an importance on critical education, training and assisting current employees achieve their career goals and strive to be the best they can be.
  
Your new role will involve though is not limited to:

  • Leading, developing and planning all aspects of the training programs across all divisions
  • Implementing strategy for successful implementation of current training programs
  • Manage the design, content across current integrated learning management software systems
  • Engaging with external stakeholders and facilitators to schedule regular training ensuring internal stakeholders are engaged in the programs
  • Taking a consultative approach with key stakeholders to foster a culture of learning and development, promoting continuous improvement
  • Skilled facilitator delivering content across workshops online and in person through training session
  • Monthly reporting on course content, delivery of the best learning experience, courses and training material

About You

  • 3+ years exp in a similar role within learning and development, ideally within workers compensation though not essential
  • Intermediate Microsoft office suite
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, training, education or related filed desired
  • Experience working with learning and development systems
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong facilitation skills with exp in designing and delivering training programs
  • Proactive and consultative approach to L&D, ensuring that programs meet evolving organisation needs
