Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement dynamic training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our employees and align with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to assess ongoing learning requirements and develop strategies to meet those needs effectively.
  • Create engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and job aids, while ensuring content remains relevant and accessible.
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions in various formats such as webinars and workshops to enhance knowledge retention and application of skills.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through participant feedback and performance metrics, using insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry trends.
  • Assist in organizational change efforts by designing training that prepares employees for new processes and systems, providing guidance to leaders for successful transitions.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional presentation and communication abilities to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical expertise for problem-solving and leveraging data to enhance training outcomes.

Qualifications

  • A valid P&C License is required.
  • CPCU or CIC certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the Commercial Insurance sector.
