- Manage transportation management processes including procurement, freight bill audits, and shipment planning
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure carrier on-time performance
- Execute data preparation and analysis for client accounts, addressing standard reporting and inquiries
- Support internal invoicing processes for costs allocated to clients on a weekly basis
- Interact with clients to resolve issues and coordinate implementations effectively
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field, or a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
- At least 2 years of related work experience in transportation operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a valid passport
- 1 year or more of direct transportation operations experience
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (in Quebec locations)
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and operating systems
- Experience in customs and shipment tracking
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex statistical data
