Transportation Project Manager Wfh (Remote)

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Project Manager specializing in Transportation to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead and oversee transportation infrastructure projects from inception to completion, which includes project planning, scoping, budgeting, and ensuring quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC).
• Supervise the design and development phases of transportation infrastructure initiatives, ensuring they meet client objectives and adhere to industry standards.
• Generate comprehensive project documentation, encompassing specifications, bidding documents, technical reports, and regulatory permit applications.
• Coordinate with team members to evaluate and address project proposals.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior staff, supporting their professional development.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, engaging in both virtual and in-person meetings.

Required Skills

• Profound knowledge of transportation and mobility engineering principles.
• Established project management capabilities with a proven track record of successful project delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster strong professional relationships.
• Familiarity with MnDOT projects is highly desirable.
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in transportation and mobility engineering, demonstrating a strong command of infrastructure projects.
• A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Proven experience in project management, showcasing successful on-time and within-budget project completions.
