Unforgettable Travel Company is luxury travel group operating several luxury travel brands including Unforgettable Travel Co, Unforgettable Croatia, Unforgettable Greece and Cruise Croatia.

Each season, thousands of travelers from the US, Canada, UK, and Australia travel to Europe with us, doing both private tailor-made trips and small ship cruises on our private vessels.

The Role – Greece Travel Specialist

We are looking to recruit a luxury travel consultant with experience in designing private custom trips to Greece to join our growing European sales team. This role will involve designing private custom trips for US clients interested in traveling to the Greek islands, mainland and surrounding countries.

Day to Day Tasks:

• Designing custom trips for luxury clients looking to visit key destinations such as Athens, Mykonos, Santorini and Paros and hidden destinations like Crete, Milos and other emerging islands.
• The ability to multi-task and effectively deal with 3-5 custom inquiries per day.
• Working closely with clients from the initial consultation phase over the phone right through to their departure.
• Adopting a strong sales process with an excellent telephone manner, adhering to client follow ups and ability to close deals.
• Keeping our CRM database up to date and with accurate and relevant client information.
• Liaising closely with suppliers and our operations team to ensure there is a high level of attention to detail applied.
• Providing outstanding service to clients and being an ambassador for the brand.
• Assist the marketing team in product ideation and campaign suggestions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling luxury private custom trips to Greece.
• Previous experience in designing custom trips is essential.
• A forward thinker who has the ability to think on their feet.
• Someone self-motivated, target driven and is happy to work autonomously.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence in using Microsoft Excel, CRM systems and is well organised.

The Role:

• This is a full time, permanent role based from home.
• Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
