Information Technology Job Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Day 5×8-Hour (08:00

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or applicable field and three (3) years of work-related experience in the information technology field, OR
Associate degree in computer science or applicable field and four (4) years of work-related experience in the information technology field, OR
Five (5) years of work-related experience in the information technology field License: N/A Certifications:
Preferred: Epic Application Certification(s) within six months of employment Must-Have:
Proficient in Epic Revenue Cycle applications
Experience with Professional Billing Epic Build
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Excellent communication skills Job Description:
Serve as a system expert specific to Professional Billing Epic Revenue Cycle Application
Participate in system design, build validation, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of designated Epic applications
Provide world-class customer service to help resolve issues and problems
Work with peers and vendor support as needed
Demonstrate self-motivation and creativity in design approach
Proactively pursue problem resolution to satisfy customer needs
Manage multiple complex tasks efficiently while meeting assigned deadlines
Collaborate with users to diagnose system problems and recommend solutions
Adhere to safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned Note: 95% REMOTE position with travel onsite required for orientation and as needed.
