What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for a Treasury Lead based in Brazil to join our Treasury Operations team. The ideal candidate will be helping to build financial strategies in the short, medium, and long terms.

What will I be doing?

Manage daily treasury operations, including cash movements, investments, and financing.
Ensure the company’s adequate liquidity to meet its financial obligations.
Develop and implement cash management and working capital strategies.
Oversee and administer the company’s financial reserves, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and objectives.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial reports for senior management.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial management and mitigate risks.
Monitor and manage financial risks, including market and credit risks.
Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other business partners.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal company policies.
Participate in special projects related to financial management and strategic initiatives.

What skills do I need?

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
Proven experience in corporate treasury and financial reserve management.
Practical knowledge of reserve pilot operations and liquidity optimization strategies.
Strong understanding of financial instruments, capital markets, and risk management techniques.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficient in financial management tools and treasury software.
Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Professional certifications in treasury management or related fields will be an advantage.
