About the Role:
As a UX/UI Design Intern, you will work closely with our product teams to create visually stunning and user-friendly designs that enhance the overall user experience of our app. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment, working on real-world projects that have a direct impact on our users.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Design Team: Work closely with senior designers and product managers to understand project requirements and design objectives. Create Visual Assets: Design icons, illustrations, graphics, and other visual elements for the app and marketing materials. UI/UX Design: Assist in designing user interfaces for the app, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience. Prototyping: Create prototypes and mockups to visualize design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding and visual identity guidelines. User Research: Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design solutions. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Marketing Collaterals: Design posters, instragram posts, brochures or other marketing collaters which will be used for digital as well as offline marketing of the brand. Emailers: Design emailers and other promotional materials to be sent to users on a regular basis. Brand Identity: Design on brand identity documents such as brand story design, pitch decks, user persona and target market analysis designs

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
Design Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, and Figma.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including examples of UI/UX design, illustrations, and graphic design. Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with the ability to create visually appealing designs.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
Prototyping Tools: Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or similar.
Animation: Basic knowledge of animation and motion graphics.
User-Centered Design: Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Coding Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
