  Job Description: We are seeking an Expert UI/UX Designer with a strong educational background from one of India’s top design institutes. This role is crucial to shaping the user experience and visual identity of our app, which focuses on facilitating real-world interactions. If you are passionate about designing interfaces that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, we want to hear from you.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for our mobile application, ensuring a seamless user experience from onboarding to everyday use.
  • Collaborate closely with the product development team to translate user needs and business goals into elegant, functional designs.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect a deep understanding of user behavior and modern design principles.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all user touchpoints, from app interfaces to marketing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance the user experience.

  Qualifications:

  • Education: We are exclusively seeking graduates or alumni from India’s top UI/UX design institutes, including:
  • National Institute of Design (NID)
  • Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) – Design Departments (IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad)
  • Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology
  • MIT Institute of Design
  • Indian School of Design and Innovation (ISDI)
  • Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID)
  • National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT)
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably with experience in mobile app design.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and experience with user-centric designs. Experience with mobile applications is a must.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, and other industry-standard design software.
  • Understanding of User-Centered Design: Strong ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and to translate findings into actionable design solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to non-designers.
