Job Description:

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing user-centric interfaces for both mobile apps and WebApps, ensuring a seamless experience for our users. You will create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and polished visual designs that meet user needs and business goals. You will also collaborate with various teams to integrate design concepts into functional products, using Figma, Photoshop, and AI-driven design tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Lead the end-to-end design process for mobile apps and WebApps, from initial concept through final design and development.
• User Research: Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and create user personas to inform design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to demonstrate how the design will function.
• Visual Design: Develop high-fidelity mockups and visual designs that are user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with the FlashPharmacy brand.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with project goals.
• Design Tools: Use Figma for prototyping and design collaboration, and Photoshop or Illustrator for graphic and interface design.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to streamline the design process, generate creative ideas, and enhance user experiences.
• Responsive Design: Ensure designs are optimized for a variety of platforms and devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• UX Optimization: Use data and user feedback to continuously improve the user experience, ensuring easy navigation and task completion.
• Maintain Consistency: Develop and maintain a consistent design system and component library that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to identify pain points and areas for improvement, iterating on designs based on insights.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects in mobile app and WebApp design.
• Design Tools Expertise: Proficient in Figma for design and prototyping, as well as Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools.
• AI Tools: Experience using AI-driven design tools to enhance workflow and creativity (e.g., MidJourney, Adobe Sensei, ChatGPT for design feedback, etc.).
• Strong Visual Design Skills: Ability to create beautiful and user-friendly interfaces that balance aesthetics and functionality.
• Mobile & Web Design: Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles for both mobile and web platforms.
• Prototyping Skills: Experience in building interactive prototypes to validate design ideas and user interactions.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn user needs and business goals into intuitive designs.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and user flows.
• User-Centered Focus: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, including experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate better with the development team.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, After Effects, etc.) for additional creative projects.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
