In this role, We are seeking a skilled designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our technology products in Discord. As our UI/UX designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting the design and user experience of the website, landing pages, web apps, mobile applications, and design systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing and intuitive designs.
• Design and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.
• Develop a deep understanding of the technology brand and target audience to create cohesive and engaging user experiences.
• Create visually stunning and responsive designs for websites, web apps, and mobile applications using Adobe Creative Cloud and Tailwind CSS.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design elements, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Contribute to the development of a comprehensive design system that establishes visual and interaction patterns.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and emerging design trends.

Ideally, you have:

• Demonstrated expertise as a UI/UX designer with at least 3 years of experience, preferably specializing in website design, web applications, and mobile apps.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD, and familiarity with Tailwind CSS or similar front-end frameworks.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for various platforms.
• Experience in designing and developing design systems that maintain consistency across multiple applications and platforms.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, effectively communicating and incorporating feedback.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs within project timelines.
• Familiarity with Discord and its design principles would be a plus.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.
• Fluent in English
