Now, we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer (Mid-Level) who is eager to take on challenges and design beautiful, user-friendly apps that delight our users.

We’re seeking a dedicated UI/UX Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about the opportunity to grow and develop their skills. You’ll be involved in every aspect of the design process, from gathering user requirements to creating intuitive, visually appealing designs.

Your Responsibilities

• Understand User Needs: Collaborate with project managers and software engineers to gather user requirements and translate them into impactful design solutions.
• Conduct User Research: Gain deep insights into user needs and behaviors to create designs that resonate and solve real problems.
• Design User Interfaces: Craft visually stunning, easy-to-use interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
• Develop Mockups & Prototypes: Bring your design ideas to life with detailed UI mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Illustrate Design Concepts: Use storyboards, process flows, and wireframes to clearly communicate your design ideas.
• Solve UX Challenges: Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, ensuring the final product is intuitive and user-friendly.
• Usability Testing: Test your designs with real users, gather feedback, and refine your work based on their input.
• Adhere to Best Practices: Follow design best practices and maintain consistency by adhering to established design systems.

Requirements

• Malaysian Citizen
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design projects, demonstrating your skills and creativity.
• Design Tools: Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• UI/UX Concepts: Strong understanding of visual design, color theory, information architecture, usability, and other essential UI/UX concepts.
• Design Execution: Ability to execute end-to-end design throughout the product development process.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for working effectively with key stakeholders.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage your time and work independently.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Detail-Oriented: Include “UIUX-US-2024” somewhere in your application so we know you’ve read this.

Our Hiring Process

• Culture Fit Interview: A 30-minute conversation with our Founder to assess fit with our team.
• Design Assignment: Complete a take-home UI/UX design assignment over the course of one week.
• Technical Interview: Discuss your design process and solutions in a 60-minute interview with our Founder & UI/UX Designer.
• Reference Checks: We’ll check your references and make you an offer if everything aligns.

Pay: RM3,600.00 – RM5,400.00 per month
